In this test, the grain surface is placed in contact with water and the leather is flexed, to simulate the walking action. The test is designed to continue until the water fully penetrates all the way through to the flesh side.
In step #1, a new piece of vegetable and a new piece of TANFLEXâ are tested.
The vegetable failed after only 15 minutes. The TANFLEXâ did not fail, even after 6 hours (after 6 hours, the test ends . TANFLEX â defeated the machine)!
In Step #2, the pieces are dried and the test repeated. After 4 cycles the results are again dramatic.
The vegetable now fails after only 1 minute !

lasts the full 6 hours without failing.
